An 84-year-old man from Xian express delivered one RMB to pay for his year and a half old bus fare.

Yesterday the Director of Customer Service for the public #6 transportation company Mr. Liu spoke excitedly about the elderly man's inspiring honesty. Having signed his name as "Da Hu" on the letter, the man turns out to be a retiree of the Western Chinese Flight Company, who turned 84 this year.

On April 20, 2012 at 3:30PM, he took the 600 bus from the television tower to Southgate. After getting on the back of the bus, he discovered that he only had 1RMB, which was one short of the 2RMB fare. At that time, the man didn't know what to do, but the bus driver told him, "Hey old timer, just put 1RMB in, that's enough." After getting off the bus at South gate, the old is it sure to remember 600 bus's license plate which was X2542. A year and a half later, the 1RMB was still bothering him. "Even though it wasn't a lot of money it was still the public's money you have to differentiate public from private."

Yesterday, when the Customer Service Director opened the express delivery package he thought: "The elderly is so honest we must help fulfill his wish." According to reports, a week ago an elderly man called the #6 transportation company customer service hotline asking what their address was.

That afternoon, the customer service department received the very valuable 1RMB and helped "Da Hu" fulfill his mission.
