‘Mighty No. 9’ Release Date: Game To Come Out In February 2016; Demo Version Available Now To Backers

“Mighty No. 9” will hit the stores on Feb. 12, 2016.

Although there have been some delays on the release date for the long-awaited game, "Mighty No. 9" will eventually hit the stores on Feb. 12, 2016.

An official statement from Mighty No. 9 website read: "Comcept and our partners at Inti Creates and Deep Silver have been hard at work clearing up any remaining issues with the online modes included in 'Mighty No. 9.' As a result of their progress, we are now able to officially announce our release date! 'Mighty No. 9' will release in North America on February 9th, 2016 and will release for the rest of the world on February 12th, 2016."

Apart from the official release date announcement, the Special Demo Version of the game is already available for gamers who backed the campaign through Kickstarter of PayPal. The demo is downloadable from Humble Bundle. Backers should log in to the website using the email address they used to donate to the game to access a link for download.

In case player cannot find the order receipt or an account was not created at Humble Bundle, the Order Resender option serves to access the game.

According to IGN, after the cancellation of "Mega Man Legends 3," video game producer and illustrator Keiji Inafune and Comcept said that they will develop "Mighty No. 9." Almost similar to Inafune's renowned gaming character, Mega man, the next action-platform video game is regarded as the spiritual successor of "Mega Man," according to Kickstarter.

As soon as the game if released, it will be available on PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS Vita, Wii U, Nintendo 3DS, and PC. The starting price for the digital version with Ray DLC will be $19.99, while the retail package will go for $29.99. The game will be available in English, French, Japanese, German, Italian, and Polish.
