The Tennessee Titans (1-2) are coming off a loss and a bye week hoping that they could bounce back against the mercurial Buffalo Bills (2-2) at the Nissan Stadium in Nashville for a Week 5 NFL 2015 season match on Sunday.
Tennessee's last game was a close 35-33 loss against the fast-rising Indianapolis Colts in Week 3 also at their home stadium, as reported by Heavy.
The Titans led 27-14 going into the payoff period when Andrew Luck rallied the Colts for their first win of the season with 21-point fourth quarter burst.
Rookie quarterback Marcus Mariota was decent that afternoon, passing 27-of-44 for 367 yards and two touchdowns, but he also had two interceptions and three sacks for a QBR of 38.8.
Ken Whisenhunt would want his starting signal caller to regain his form against Tyrod Taylor and the Bills.
Buffalo was humbled by the New York Giants, 24-10, at their own home field of Ralph Wilson Stadium last Sunday, via SB Nation.
Giants running back Rashad Jennings' 51-yard touchdown helped seal the deal for Eli Manning and company as Taylor struggled the whole afternoon, going 28-of-42 for 274 yards, one touchdown, one interception, and one sack for a low 16.6 QBR.
This will also be a bounce back game for Rex Ryan's squad although the rested Titans playing at home would be difficult to beat.
Prediction: Titans win, 31-21.
