According to Changsha municipal police department, at 10:15 a.m. on March 14th, two vendors brawled after a quarrel in Shahuqiao market in the Wujialing neighborhood of Kaifu District in Changsha City. Then a vendor hacked the other vendor into death. The crazy vendor hacked four innocent strangers when he was trying to escape, among whom, two injured people died at the scene. The other two injured people was hospitalized immediately but died later.
A hospital in Changsha confirms that a wounded person whose surname is Luo died on the way to hospital. He was born on 1967. Other wounded person is about 20 years old. She was sent to hospital but died later unfortunately.
A witness who runs a small business nearby recalled: "Around 10 a.m. that day, two groups of people started quarrelling and fighting in front of the market. Suddenly, a man hacked the other man onto ground. Then he rushed into the crowd and stabbed innocent strangers like crazy." According to the witness, one of the two fighting men runs a Xinjiang bread shop in the wet market. As for the reason of their quarrel, the witness said he doesn't know either.
