Miss Grand International 2015 Top Ten Predictions

Miss Grand International 2015 will be held at the Indoor Stadium Huamark in Bangkok, Thailand on Oct. 25.

Miss Grand International 2015 will be held in Bangkok, Thailand, on Oct. 25. Pageant expert from across the globe put forward their predictions as to which beauty will make the final cut at the competition.

This year Miss Grand International Organization under the leadership of Nawat Itsaragrisil has hired former Miss Universe Japan National Director Ines Ligron as part of their team. The winner will get an apartment in Bangkok, Thailand for a year and many gifts from sponsors, The Great Pageant Community reported.

The event will conclude with Lees Garcia, Miss Grand International 2014 of Cuba crowning her successor. Here are top ten contenders at the Miss Grand International 2015 via pageant's official website

1. Australia - Claire Parker

Parker has everything to bag the first Miss Grand International crown for her country.  She can end the Australia's drought at the pageant. 23-year-old Parker from Oatlands, Tasmania has a Certificate 3 in Screen and Stage Performance, Sydney, Australia. She has played the lead roles in high school drama productions and in Sydney rapper Carter's music video "Never The Same."

Parker is the winner of Miss Teen Australia 2009, Miss University 2010, First Runner Up at Miss World Supermodel Australia 2011, ranked among top 10 national finalists at Miss Universe Australia 2011, international finalist of Miss China-Australia International Tourism Pageant 2012, and winner of the Cosmopolitan Model Search 2013.

2. Dominican Republic - Anea Garcia

She is a lawyer that can help her spread the message of stopping the war.  Her performance at Miss USA 2015 was great and she finished as second runner-up. Garcia is a second semester sophomore at Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island on a full tuition grant through the International Leadership Award and is pursuing a double major in Legal Studies and Philosophy. She wishes to become a criminal attorney in the future.

3. India - Vartika Singh

Singh's her hard work and dedication has transformed her into a stunner.  She can easily become a favorite contestant with her charismatic personality. Singh has contributed as technical adviser to a health based government project in association with the World Bank. She is an active member of a nonprofit organization as a volunteer. Singh competed at the Miss Diva 2014 pageant, where she won the special award for Miss Photogenic and later placed in the top 7, however, failed to win the title.

4. Philippines - Parul Shah

She is a half-Indian and half-Filipino beauty pageant titleholder. She represented her province of Pangasinan and was crowned Binibining Pilipinas Tourism 2014 at the Binibining Pilipinas 2014 pageant.

Shah competed at the Binibining Pilipinas 2013 pageant and chosen as one of the 15 semifinalists. She decided to once again compete in Binibining Pilipinas and entered the 2014 edition on March 30, 2014, where she was crowned Binibining Pilipinas Tourism 2014 by the outgoing titleholder Binibining Pilipinas Tourism 2013, Joanna Cindy Miranda.

Parul Shah was hand-picked to represent the Philippines at Miss Grand International 2015. With unique features and complexion, she is the beauty to watch out for at the pageant.  

5. Netherlands - Shauny Bult

She is another hard working beauty queen for her country. She first represented Netherlands during Miss Earth 2012. Then two years later, she re-appeared in Tokyo, Japan for Miss International 2014.This year, the gorgeous Dutch beauty is back and she will be Bangkok-bound for Miss Grand International 2015.

6. Thailand - Rattikorn Kunsom

The host girl was named Miss Supranational Thailand 2015 and the second highest Placer now that the Miss Earth franchise is no longer being held by Pageant owner Nawatt Itsaragrisil. 22- year old stunning beauty is also a strong contender at the beauty pageant. She graduated from the King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi.

7. Puerto Rico - Isamar Campos

This 18- year old beauty is surely making her presence felt in the pageant world.  Her win will bring second the Miss Grand International  title for Puerto Rico.

8. Ethiopia - Bethelhem Belay

The beauty queen from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia has bagged the first runner- up crown last year, so expectations will be high from her. 

9. Poland - Katarzyna Krzeszowska

She has represented Poland at Miss World 2013 and Miss Supranational 2014 where she was crowned as fourth runner-up.  Her pageant experience alongside her beauty will help her win the contest.  She was fifth runner-up in our "Best European Beauty of 2014" list.

10. Brazil - Paula Gomes

 23- year old Paula Gomez hailing from Mato Grosso Do Sul could also make it all the way to the top five. Gomes has won the second runner-up at the Miss Mundo Brasil 2015 pageant held on June 27. She likes music and sings as well.  Her favorite movie is "The Fault In Our Stars."
