A film student of the Los Angeles Film School is suing the writers of the movie 'Men in Black 3' for allegedly stealing one of his homework assignments and turned it into movies .

Basile claims that his script ideas were so good they were used in 3 Hollywood movies and spoofed by Steven Spielberg for the classic SNL short "Laser Cats 7" .

According to Basile, he had submitted his stories "The World of Jupiter" and "Crisis in Jupiter" as assignments for a class at Los Angeles film back in 2011, and had claimed a teacher sold the assignments to Hollywood film writers who incorporated various elements of the stories in their movies. Other movies include Elysium and Prometheus.

He asked $2billion for damages. He had filed the lawsuit without an attorney.
