‘Captain America: Civil War’: Ant-Man Is Getting A New Streamlined Suit

Marvel's tiniest superhero, Ant-Man, is reported to have a costume upgrade in Joe Russo and Anthony Russo's forthcoming Marvel film "Captain America: Civil War."

Movie Pilot has revealed Ant-Man's leaked photo and it showed an enhanced variant of the superhero's suit. Ant-Man's helmet has been modernized and has lost the red stripes its previous versions had. In addition, the new Ant-Man suit is now armored on the shoulder and chest area. The button that used to be in Ant-Man's belt is gone in the new costume in the leaked photo.

Overall, the whole Ant-Man suit has been modified to suit the 21st century.

According to Latin Post, there are still a lot to discover about Ant-Man's role in the Russos' forthcoming film. The publication said that the superhero was brought by Falcon after their clash in Peyton Reed's "Ant-Man."

Paul Rudd is set to reprise his role as Ant-Man in the Russos' "Captain America: Civil War" prior to his reprise in Marvel's forthcoming "Ant-Man and the Wasp," which also stars Evangeline Lily as the female superhero.

Ant-Man is set to team up with Captain America, Hawkeye, Falcon, and Agent 13. They will oppose Iron Man's team, which reportedly includes Black Widow, War Machine, The Vision, and Black Panther. Spider-Man is also set to appear in the film; however, no information yet as to which side he is in. Meanwhile, the Wasp's inclusion in the film is yet to be revealed.

"Ant-Man and the Wasp" is slated to premiere in theaters in the United States on July 6, 2018 while the Russos' "Captain America: Civil War" is set to hit theaters on May 6, 2016.
