‘X-Men’ Star Hugh Jackman Has Revealed His Favorite Wolverine Scene

| Oct 18, 2015 08:06 PM EDT

Hugh Jackman is Logan in James Mangold's untitled "Wolverine" sequel.

"X-Men's" Wolverine himself, Hugh Jackman, has revealed his favorite Wolverine scene among his "X-Men" films.

In his recent interview with Digital Spy to promote the release of Joe Wright's fantasy film "Pan," Jackman said that his favorite Wolverine scene was in Bryan Singer's "X-Men: First Class." The scene involves Charles Xavier and Eric Leinscher's search for mutants. Then, they came across Logan in a bar, which did not go with them at that moment.

In the aforementioned scene, fans have seen Wolverine as a smoker, hard drinker, and anti-social guy who had no endurance for people killing his time.

Aside from the "X-Men: First Class" moment, fans would not forget other notable Wolverine scenes, such as his encounters with Magneto and his brother Sabretooth, his battles using his iconic adamantium claws, and his participation in the Weapon X program, as per Cinema Blend.

Jackman reportedly will have his final appearance as the iconic X-Men mutant in James Mangold's untitled "Wolverine" sequel. The film will also see Patrick Stewart, reprising his role as the old Charles Xavier/ Professor X.

Also, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" actor Liev Schreiber revealed in previous reports that along with his interest on reprising his role as Sabretooth in Mangold's "Wolverine" sequel, the film would center on an old Logan.

Meanwhile, Jackman is set to reprise his mutant role in Bryan Singer's forthcoming Marvel Comics film "X-Men: Apocalypse." The film stars Ian McKellen, Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult, Lucas Till, Evan Peters, Lana Condor, Sophie Turner, Alexandra Shipp, Kodi Smit-McPhee, Tye Sheridan, Ben Hardy, Rose Byrne, Josh Helman, and Oscar Isaac, among others.

Wright's "Pan" is showing in theaters.  Meanwhile,  Singer's "X-Men: Apocalypse" is slated to premiere in theaters in the United States on May 27, 2016 while Mangold's "Wolverine" sequel hits theaters on Mar. 3, 2017.
