Back in May 2015, Slovakia-based Nice Architects unveiled an innovative eco-friendly microhome, the Ecocapsule. The product has become an instant hit, and even celebrities have announced their desire to own the first units on social media.
The Ecocapsule, according to the architects, can fit two adults in its 14.6-foot length, 7.9-foot width and 8.2 foot height. It can generate its own power using a wind turbine and solar cells, and is easily transportable, adding to the reasons why it is an ideal moving home for travelers and even people who want to switch to simple, sustainable living.
Although the cost of the product has not been disclosed, there is no stopping the shipping of the first batch of Ecocapsules in spring 2016.
