Sony M4 Aqua Update: Sony Revamped Xperia M4 Aqua’s Storage by Removing Built-in Apps

Sony launched a development project to create more powerful smartphone batteries.

In response to its customer's feedback, Sony has revamped the Xperia M4 Aqua's storage.

These days, a lot of phones come at highly competitive price and hence are on great demand; however, most of them come with a drawback of good amount of storage. While they are stuck with the 8 GB or even 4 GB of internal memory, you have no option but to compromise on the storage. Reason for this is the unnecessary apps built in the phones. They occupy a lot of space and are not of much use.

In a similar case, Sony received some negative feedback for its model named the Sony Xperia M4 Aqua that comes with 8GB storage. It seems like Sony has actually considered the feedback seriously and hence they have updated the phone smartly by removing previously built-in apps to free some good amount of space.

The blog by Xperia has pretty much done the work as the original storage in the previous phone leaves just 1.25GB of free space for its users.

According to the current post on Sony's website for the touchstone and dual-SIM edition of the M4 Aqua, the most recent software revision (version 26.1.A.2.167 and 26.1.B.2.147, correspondingly) will eliminate the subsequent apps including Books, Face Lock, Google Keep, Plus One, Google News Stand, Cloud Print, Talk Back, Google Play Games and Google News & Weather, assuming they were never existing before, as reported by Android Police.

With this update, it is pretty much evident that Sony essentially takes their customers feedback seriously.
