"Star Wars Battlefront" downloadable content comes with fresh features that promise to add variety to the game.

"Star Wars Battlefront" beta for fans to test out was recently rolled out by EA DICE. The beta version aims to compare the game from one platform to another. According the results, PlayStation 4 is the best console to run the game on. Following the beta testing, "Star Wars Battlefront" Ultimate Edition was revealed with the upsurge of DLCs to obtain in the game.

The "Star Wars Battlefront" developer Electronic Arts has previously been tight lipped about the DLC, which was introduced last month. However, Peter Moore, EA CEO, now offered some details regarding the $50 DLC pass.

"Star Wars Battlefront" new DLC is expected to bring new worlds plus new weapons, Gamespot reported. In Moore's interview with the Media-Server, he said "What we've announced is four extra packs over the next 12-18 months coming post launch."

In addition, Moore said that players can expect, "New universes, you're gonna see new player actions, obviously new weaponry as well."

"Star Wars Battlefront"  players who will be purchasing the DLC pass are also entitled to get first access to the upcoming DLC before its public official release, Stuff reported. The new DLC pass for "Star Wars Battlefront" will cost $50. As for those who would rather purchase the content separately, you will need to pay $10 more than you would have with a DLC pass.

"Star Wars Battlefront" is set to hit the stores on Nov. 17 for new-Gen consoles such as PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
