The upcoming "Pokémon" will feature Greninja and Zygarde in different forms.

As rumors suggest that the Pokémon Z is all geared up for release date on early 2015 with the Pokémon GO following shortly, gamers are all excited on the new and old characters that will show up in the latest of the gaming franchise. So-called legends from the Pokémon X and Y are said to reappear in the new title, reports said.

Likely to be part of the Z release, which will be headlined by Zygarde, are Xerneas of Pokémon X and Yvelta of Pokémon Y, The BitBag said in a report. Another character carry over is Dark Mewtwo if the rumor is to be believed that this legend is set to be part of the latest Pokémon installment.

Dark Mewtwo will likely be known as Shadow Mewtwo in Pokémon Z, which will serve as the character's third Mega Evolution, added The BitBag on its report.

Now while it is exciting enough that familiar figures are on board with the approaching Pokémon Z release, what's even more thrilling is the thought that after three long years a new game for fans will be served real soon, thanks to The Pokémon Company.

The target date, Gospel Herald said, is early 2016 that is seen as perfect timing for Pokémon Z arrival given that the three-year interval is seen to have generated the projected excitement from Pokémon followers. "It is highly likely that Pokémon Z will be hitting the shelves next year," the report said.

And a month after the rumored Z outing, Pokémon GO, which is an augmented reality oriented game that will serve as the real-world platform of the franchise, will be out next.

While the Pokémon creators is keeping the Z release details safely guarded, The BitBag said some specifics could be revealed on November 15. On that day, video game composer and director Junichi Masuda is slated for a Japanese TV guesting and is likely to use the occasion to spill out the exact release date and other juicy information about the Pokémon Z.
