Apple's latest iPad Pro tablet device is currently available for purchase in the United States, the United Kingdom and other European markets, directly from the company's website and stores. In the U.S., the 12.9-inch tablet is also expected to be available via wireless carrier T-Mobile beginning on Nov.18.

T-Mobile will make the iPad Pro available via its Jump On Demand plan, which will allow would-be owners to upgrade to newer iPad devices in the future without additional costs, GSM Arena reported.

In terms of the specs, the iPad Pro tablet sports a scratch resistant 12.9-inch LED IPS LCD display screen with a 2048 x 2732 pixel resolution, and protected by an oleophobic coating.

The device comes with Apple's latest iOS 9 operating system pre-installed, and has an 8 megapixel rear-facing camera and a 1.2 megapixel front-facing shooter.

Under the hood, the iPad Pro packs the company's latest A9X processor, along with 4GB of RAM, up to 32/128GB of built-in memory storage, and powered by a massive 10,307 mAh battery.

In terms of the design, the tablet measures 6.9mm in thickness and weighs about 1.57 pounds. There are four audio speakers built into the device that provides three times the acoustic output of the previous iPad Air model, according to Apple.

The iPad Pro also enables users to attach an easy-to-use optional portable keyboard (Smart Keyboard) via the "Smart Connector", adding more flexibility to the tablet. Other specs include a fingerprint sensor and support for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, NFC capability and LTE connectivity. The colors available for the iPad Pro are silver, space gray and gold.
