Apple iPad Pro Is Less Expensive And More Faster Than Microsoft Surface Pro 4

The tech giant Apple has launched the iPad Pro. At present, the device is available to order from Apple's online store. If reports are anything to go by, Apple iPad Pro is less expensive and more faster than Microsoft Surface Pro 4.

The software company Apple sells one basic model of iPad Pro, with different cellular capacities and storage, beginning at $799. On the other hand, the Surface Pro 4 is offered in three processor models, and each model has different storage options. The device begins at $899.

However, the $899 Microsoft Surface Pro 4 model is equipped with a low end Intel Core m3 processor.  Apple's A9X trumps Intel Core m3 processor in multicore as well as single core tests, according to BGR.

If a buyer wants Microsoft Surface Pro 4 that has more CPU power than Apple iPad Pro, they have to upgrade to the $1299 model that is powered by an Intel Core i5. The model costs $500 more than an Apple iPad Pro.

The iPad Pro weighs 1.57 pounds and measures in at 6.9mm thick. The device has four speaker audio system and is available in Space Gray, Silver and Gold.

Furthermore, Apple iPad Pro has a 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and FaceTime and an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera for taking pictures, according to Computerworld.

The tablet ships with Apple's fingerprint recognition system, Touch ID, has an LTE option and includes 802.11ac Wi-Fi.

The iPad Pro, which is the company's largest iPad so far, has a 12.9-inch screen with a resolution of 2732 x 2048 pixels.
