"Grandfathered" Season 1 Episode 7 is entitled "Sexy Guardian Angel." According to Fashion N Style, Episode 7 would see Jimmy make a move to help his son, Gerald, score with women. They go out for a night out on the town. The episode would also see Gerald fall for a party girl, but Jimmy's fear that the girl might be into Gerald for a wrong reason would worry him if she was good enough for his son.
Episode 7 saw would also see Vanessa being mentored by Annelise. Meanwhile, Sara unwillingly set Jimmy up with her co-worker in "Grandfathered" Season 1 Episode 6, according to Spoilers Guide. Entitled "My Amal," Episode 6 saw Jimmy go out with Sara's co-worker, as he was in pursuit of his own Amal Clooney. Jimmy's smooth moves failed to impress Sara's co-worker, he asked Sara for tips. On the other hand, Gerald and Vanessa opted to become "friends with benefits" in Episode 6. Created and written by Daniel Chun, "Grandfathered" centers on Jimmy, as he finds out that he is a father and a grandfather. Along with Chun, the series is co-produced by Chris Koch, Dan Fogelman and John Stamos, who plays Jimmy. "Grandfathered" was set to lay down a foundation of episodes that would sizzle competition every Tuesday night and it had established itself to the challenge, Fox Entertainment president David Makken previously told Deadline. "Grandfathered" Season 1 Episode 6, "My Amal," aired on Nov. 10 while Episode 7, "Sexy Guardian Angel," airs on Nov. 17.
