Nothing seems to be going right for the Dallas Cowboys (2-7) in the first ten weeks of the 2015 NFL season. They now travel to the Sun Life Stadium in Miami to face the middling Dolphins (4-5) on Sunday for a Week 11 meeting.
The Cowboys are coming off a harrowing 10-6 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, their seventh straight, last Sunday at the Raymond James Stadium, as per Bleacher Report.
Dallas led 6-3 with time winding down in the final quarter when their defense was called for defensive holding violation which enabled Bucs quarterback Jameis Winston to set up a perfect 1-yard touchdown play to bury the Cowboys further down the standings.
Meanwhile, the Dolphins snapped their two-game losing skid with a skin-of-the-teeth 20-19 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles at the Lincoln Financial Field also last Sunday, via SB Nation.
Miami was down 16-3 in the first quarter but fought back with a 10-0 spurt in the second to close the gap at halftime, 16-13. After a scoreless third period from both sides, wide receiver Jarvis Landry caught an almost intercepted pass from Ryan Tannehill for the go-ahead winning touchdown in the final quarter.
The Dolphins are projected to win this game at home as the Cowboys continue to find answers to their disappointing season.
Prediction: Dolphins win, 28-21.
