Better Call Saul

Even though the iconic and epic show "Breaking Bad" is over, the franchise is still in the news, thanks to the prequel show "Better Call Saul." The new spinoff show is all set to premiere on Feb 8, 2015. This show is set in an era much before the "Breaking Bad" time, six years to be precise. The executive producers of the show are Peter Gould and Vince Gilligan.

The first season of the show would telecast just 10 episodes and the hype created by the trailer has already ensured that AMC has renewed the show for a second season.

In the show we would see Jimmy McGill as a small-time lawyer who is doing his best to make a quick buck. Actor Bob Odenkirk enacts the much-loved character of a small-time lawyer to perfection and in the series highlights his journey from a small-time hustler to the successful Saul Goodman, who is the savior criminals and crooks, whom he defends with his unique brand of law!

The series starts off showing Jimmy as a honest guy who is trying his best to make a honest buck by practicing law the right way. However all his efforts to do so fail badly and he realizes that principles and morals don't fit into being a successful lawyer. He is quite frustrated and a dustbin happens to be reciepent of all the rants and the frustrations. This is perhaps reminiscent of the iconic "Breaking Bad" scene in which Walter White vents out his rage on a huge pizza, which lands on the garage roof.
