NFL 2015 Season: Philadelphia Eagles vs Detroit Lions, Preview, Prediction & Predicted Lineup

| Nov 23, 2015 06:00 AM EST

Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford.

The Philadelphia Eagles (4-6) will try to put an end to their two-game losing skid as they visit the streaking Detroit Lions (3-7) at the Ford Field on Thursday, November 26 for a Week 12 matchup in the 2015 NFL season.

Philadelphia dropped a humiliating 45-17 game to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers right at their home stadium of Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday, via Oregon Live.

The Eagles missed their starting quarterback Sam Bradford in the whole game as the 28-year-old signal caller is still nursing the injured shoulder and concussion he suffered during their 20-19 loss to the Miami Dolphins a week before.

Meanwhile, the Lions are in a winning run for the first time this season as they defeated the Oakland Raiders, 18-13, at their home field also last Sunday for their second consecutive win, as per Yahoo Sports.

Quarterback Matthew Stafford was the hero of the day, completing the go-ahead 5-yard touchdown rush early in the final period while the defense held the Raiders scoreless in the fourth quarter to lift Detroit past Oakland.

Jim Caldwell's boys are expected to carry over their momentum in this game against Philadelphia to extend the Eagles losing streak to three, which would be their longest so far in the season.

Prediction: Lions win, 24-17.
