NFL 2015 Season: Chicago Bears vs Green Bay Packers, Preview, Prediction & Predicted Lineup

| Nov 23, 2015 06:04 AM EST

Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers (#12).

The Green Bay Packers (7-3) started the season winning six straight games before going on a surprising three-game losing slide. They will now play host to mercurial team Chicago Bears (4-6) at the Lambeau Field on Thursday for a Week 12 encounter in the 2015 NFL season.

After two consecutive victories in Week 9 and 10, the Bears suffered a heartbreaking loss to the Denver Broncos in Week 11, 17-15, at their home turf of Soldier Field on Sunday, as per SB Nation.

Denver quarterback Brock Osweiler filled in for the injured Peyton Manning and did a good job with two touchdown passes.

Chicago running back Jeremy Langford managed to score a two-yard touchdown after a 65-yard drive to put the Bears within two points with 24 seconds remaining. However, the Broncos stopped him from completing his two-point conversion attempt to hang on to the win.

Meanwhile, Green Bay will try to build another winning run this week as quarterback Aaron Rodgers gets back into form after three sluggish games.

Their last match was a 30-13 victory over the Minnesota Vikings also last Sunday at the TCF Bank Stadium, via Daily Mail Online.

Rodgers threw two touchdowns to wideouts James Jones and Randall Cobb and had no interceptions and two sacks on the way to the bounce back win.

The Packers are anticipated to hold firm to the leadership in the NFC North with a crucial victory against their close divisional rivals.

Prediction: Packers win, 35-17.
