Game developer company, Nintendo stated that it cannot produce "Pokémon GO" within a few months after its announcement, but the company has previously pointed out that the game is in development for at least two years.
There are no details concerning "Pokémon GO" release date from Nintendo Direct. The fan-favorite game was announced in September, and currently the unspecified 2016 release date remains officially "confirmed," according to HNGN. However, scarcity of information has led to increased rumors around the official release date, the content of the game, and probable link to "Pokémon Z" release.
The latest unofficial reports about "Pokémon GO" launch point towards the specific Feb.27, 2016 launch. The date makes sense since it will be the day the original Pokémon game turns 20. The game was first released on the same date in 1996.
If rumors are to be credible, this date will eventually get a confirmation next month because of a new insight provided by the Japanese magazine, Coro-Coro. In the publication's November issue promised to publish further details regarding "Pokémon GO" in the December edition.
The only official information so far is that "Pokémon GO" and "Pokémon Z" will work with augmented reality technology. The information has been part of the previous Nintendo announcement, which had a brief look of the Bluetooth wearable SmartBand to be utilized to hunt monsters.
Meanwhile, Day Herald reported that "Pokémon GO's" technology would be better and more immersive as compared to "Pokémon Z," especially with its use of social and open experiences.
