Jeremy Renner’s Wife Wants ‘Bourne Legacy’ Star To Pay For Her Rent After Divorce

“Captain America: Civil War” actor Jeremy Renner has been rumored gay for years.

"Everything is fine. Yep," Sonni Pacheco, 23, told Daily Mail about her divorce filing just 10 months after getting married to "Bourne Legacy" star Jeremy Renner, 43.

Pacheco also told the publication she believes the divorce would settle and resolve fast. Earlier in December, she filed papers citing irreconcilable differences.

On the other hand, the legal filing appears to be going not as smoothly as the Canadian model claims. Apparently, she is demanding Renner to return her birth certificate, social security card and passport.

According to Pacheco, she and Renner have a prenuptial agreement but it was based on fraud so it should be considered invalid. Further details on the "fraud" accusation are yet to be revealed.

Currently living in a rental home in West Hollywood, Pacheco is demanding Renner to cover her rent and moving expenses as she seeks for spousal support and physical custody of their 21-month-old daughter Ava Berlin and the use of a Range Rover.

It is said that Renner first met Pacheco on the set of "Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol," in which he starred opposite Tom Cruise and Simon Pegg. Pacheco worked as a stand-in in the said 2011 Brad Bird film.

In September, Renner admitted in an interview with Capitol File and he and Pacheco had secretly married. He told the magazine, "I have tried to protect my family's privacy, my wife's privacy. I don't need her to get hammered with my life."

Currently, Renner is filming "Mission: Impossible 5." He is also set to play Clint Barton/Hawkeye in "Avengers: Age Of Ultron" and reprise his role as Aaron Cross in the sequel of "Bourne Legacy."
