Streaking squad Torino FC (6-5-3, 21 points) will play reeling team AS Roma (8-3-3, 27 points) in a 2015-2016 Serie A game at the Olimpico di Torino on Saturday, December 5.

Torino is currently on a two-game winning run after being winless in their previous four games, with victories over Atalanta and Bologna in their last two matches.

Il Toro blasted Bologna, 2-0, at their home field last Saturday courtesy of goals from forward Andrea Belotti and midfielder Giuseppe Vives at the 75th and 90th+2 minutes, as reported by ESPN.

The win added three points to the Maroon's cause to lift them up to eighth place in the overall standings.

Meanwhile, last season's runners-up Roma fell to middling club Atalanta, 0-2, at the Stadio Olimpico last Sunday in a game filled with red cards, as per SkySports.

La Dea midfielder Alejandro Gomez opened the scoring five minutes before halftime to give the lead at the break to Atalanta.

It was a wild second half until Roma defender Maicon was called for a foul in the penalty area and was given an outright red card to give Rudi García's squad a one-man disadvantage.

Atalanta captain German Denis completed the penalty kick to make it 2-0 for I Nerazzurri, but the game ended with two more red cards, this time to Edy Reja's boys namely Guglielmo Stendardo and Alberto Grassi.

I Giallorossi is projected to bounce back from this debacle in a hard-fought match against Giampiero Ventura's men this weekend.

The predicted result is a close 1-0 win for Roma.

Torino starting lineup (3-5-2 formation): Padelli; Bovo, Glik, Moretti; Peres, Acquah, Vives, Baselli, Molinaro; Quagliarella, Belotti

Roma starting lineup (4-3-3 formation): De Sanctis; Florenzi, Manolas, Castan, Digne; Pjanic, De Rossi, Nainggolan; Iturbe, Dzeko, Falque
