Charlie Sheen Gets His First Lawsuit after HIV Announcement

Actor Charlie Sheen is sued by former fiancee Scottine Ross (Brett Rossi) for negligence, physical abuse, and emotional distress.

Charlie Sheen, 50, just had his first lawsuit after confirming his HIV diagnosis. Former fiancée Scottine Ross, 24, also known as Brett Rossi in adult films, has filed a case against the "Three and a Half Men" star for battery, assault, negligence, and emotional distress asking for $1 million and 10 percent share of earnings from Sheen's "Anger Management" per their agreement.

In a court document filed in the state of California, Ross claimed that she and Sheen were a couple for almost a year beginning in November 2013. What was supposed to be a sex-for-hire arrangement for $10,000 a night became a full-fledged romance that she believed would have ended in a wedding, CNN reported.

The relationship, however, turned south when Sheen indulged in drugs and alcohol and became abusive, a totally different person when he is sober, the document said. Ross also alleged that he wanted to put a hit on her ex-husband and that for several times she was on the receiving end of his rage.

Also, Ross claimed that she was forced to undergo an abortion when he became upset of the news and, enraged, threatened that he would "kick her to the curb" if she did not.

In her interview with Fox on Dec. 4, Friday, Ross claimed she is already showing symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She also lamented that she lost her dignity and had to undergo many months of therapy in order to find her identity again. She also narrated how she is having nightmares from the supposed ordeal.

Ross quickly denied that she is filing a case for the money. She said, "I want justice. If I wanted money, I would have kept our child. If I wanted money, I would have kept quiet. I want justice."

Sheen is said to be ready to fight the lawsuit after revealing his HIV positive diagnosis in the "Today" show in November after receiving blackmails from a few people who knew of his illness. In a statement, his attorney Martin D. Singer said they are confident that the actor will prevail.
