Star of "Two And A Half Men" Charlie Sheen, is being sued by ex-fiancée Scottine Ross, 26, who has filed a complaint accusing Sheen of assault and claims the star forced her to have an abortion.

Ross told FOX411 her motive for the complaint was to seek justice, adding, "If I wanted money, I would have kept our child. If I wanted money, I would have kept quiet. I want justice."

Sheen's former partner, who was previously in the adult entertainment industry, went by the stage name Brett Rossi.

Ross told the news channel that she met Sheen in 2013 and agreed to sleep with the actor for $10,000. She went on to say that afterward she slept with Sheen on many occasions before finding out about his HIV medication and confronting him with the issue.

Sheen said in a recent interview that he had informed all his partners of his HIV status prior to sleeping with them.

"If he would have told me from day one, from the first time that we met, there would have never been a relationship," Ross said. "I never would have been sexually active with him."

Ross claimed she stayed with him after finding out he was HIV+ because Sheen promised her a normal family life, complete with children.

According to the complaint filed in a California Supreme court and obtained by the news channel Ross said she informed Sheen in 2014 that she was pregnant with his child. At which point Sheen became upset and asked her to have an abortion saying he threatened to "kick her to the curb," if she did not go through with it.

According to Ross, Sheen did not want his child to have his "HIVE-Positive" blood type.  She said thereafter he began engaging in drugs.

"Toward the end of our relationship, I'd say July, 2014, he went on this bender, and I had never seen him in such a state, and we went through some really hard times. He was a completely different person," Ross said.

Meanwhile, another of Sheen's ex-girlfriends Bree Olson, who lived with him in 2011, slammed the actor for allegedly hiding the fact that he was HIV Positive. However, Sheen's Manager, Mark Burg, told People that Olson was never at risk.

"The truth is, she wasn't in Charlie's life when he was HIV-positive and so there was no reason to tell her anything," Burg said.
