NFL 2015 Season: Atlanta Falcons vs Carolina Panthers, Preview, Prediction & Predicted Lineup

The reeling Atlanta Falcons (6-6) will try to snap their five-game losing streak and at the same time inflict a first loss to undefeated team Carolina Panthers (12-0) in a Week 14 game at the Bank of America Stadium on Sunday, December 13 as the 2015 NFL season continues.

Atlanta used to stay at par with Carolina as the unbeaten teams of the NFC South division, but they had been 1-6 starting in Week 6 and had not recovered since then.

Their last game was a 23-19 defeat in the hands of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at the Raymond James Stadium last Sunday, as per ABC News.

A late touchdown pass by Bucs rookie signal caller Jameis Winston dismantled all hopes of a win for Dan Quinn's side to drop them to third place in the division although they had an identical record with Tampa Bay, who had a better division record.

Meanwhile, the Panthers remained as the team to beat this season even though they were close to being defeated last Sunday.

Carolina escaped with a 41-38 win against the upset-conscious New Orleans Saints at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome with quarterback Cam Newton saving the day once more, as reported by Fansided.

Newton completed his fifth touchdown pass with a little over a minute to go to seal the game for the Panthers.

Carolina is projected to continue their winning run with a blowout victory over the Falcons this week.

Prediction: Panthers win, 35-21.
