New iPhone 6s Models Go On Sale In U.S.

Apple and Best Buy are extending the 2015 Black Friday and Cyber Monday gadget deals well into the Christmas season that will allow buyers to take home the MacBook Pro, for instance, with up to $300 price off. The iPhone 6S, iPad Air 2 and iPad Mini 4 are now up for grabs with discounts starting at $100.

Best Buy started selling the MacBook Pro with significant price cuts December 9. The highest savings come with the top-tier MacBook Pro Retina variants - boasting of Intel Core i7 processing chip and generously supported by 16GB of RAM with 1TB of Flash Drive. The laptop model's sticker price tempts with $300 less.

Other MacBook Pro models on Best Buy are also on sale with the discount ranging from $100 to $200, which have been configured for Apple notebook shoppers on a strict budget. The promo deals, which BGR said in a report is available for walk-in and online buyers, will run until December 25.

In the same report, BGR noted that holiday shoppers hunting for the Apple Watch are in luck as the smartwatch on Best Buy sells $100 cheaper compared to the Apple Store pricing.

But if the plan is to take home the iOS banner devices - the latest iPhone and iPad editions - for the holidays, Best Buy has made it a lot easier for Christmas shoppers to do so. In deals that took effect December 10, the 2015 flagships iPhone 6S and 6S Plus are on display and ready for the taking $100 less.

That means the 4.7-inch iPhone 6S with 16GB of internal memory now sells for only $99 while the supersized iPhone 6S Plus at 5.5-inch, also with 16GB of memory, is at an affordable mark of $199. BGR said in a separate report that the Best Buy iPhone package comes with 2-year network service contract, specifically from Sprint and Verizon Wireless.

As for the 2014 and 2015 iPads, the price tag is cheaper by $125 also at Best Buy. The iPad Mini 4 has become even more irresistible with the mark down leaving the tag price for the basic model at $299. The iPad Air 2 is at $399 (coming from $499) but if the object is to save more then the original iPad Air is the easy choice, which sells at the same price level as the Mini 4.

And like the MacBook Pro deals, the iPhone and iPad promo campaign is on for the duration of the 2015 Christmas holiday season.
