Liverpool FC (6-4-5, 23 points) will look to bounce back from a highly disappointing loss last week as they go up against West Bromwich Albion (5-6-4, 19 points) in a 2015-2016 Premier League season match at the Anfield on December 13, Sunday.

The Reds dropped a humiliating 0-2 game to lowly club Newcastle United at the St. James' Park last Sunday to suffer their second loss in four games, via BBC Sport.

It was a tough afternoon for Jürgen Klopp's men as they managed to keep the game scoreless despite their lackluster offensive performance until they were put down by an own goal from Slovakian defender Martin Skrtel at the 69th minute to further dampen their spirits.

Another score from winger Georginio Wijnaldum in injury gave the Magpies a two-goal haul en route to the upset win for Newcastle.

Meanwhile, West Brom settled for a 1-1 draw with hard-to-beat squad Tottenham Hotspur at the Hawthorns last Saturday, as per SkySports.

Spurs midfielder Dele Alli drew first blood at the 15th before Baggies winger James McClean equalized the count at the 39th. Both teams went scoreless for the rest of the match to share a point each in the overall standings.

It was West Brom's second straight drawn game and third straight unbeaten effort.

The prediction is Liverpool over West Brom, 2-1. Klopp and company are eager to recover from their recent dismal performances.

Liverpool starting lineup (4-2-3-1 formation): Mignolet; Clyne, Moreno, Skrtel, Lovren; Firmino, Ibe; Milner, Allen, Leiva; Benteke

West Brom starting lineup (4-5-1 formation): Myhill; Brunt, Olsson, Dawson, McAuley; Fletcher, McClean, Evans, Sessegnon, Morrison; Rondón
