"The Vampire Diaries" alum Nina Dobrev was recently photographed with "The Walking Dead" star Norman Reedus.
Fans immediately started speculating that the actress will be starring in the sixth season of the hit AMC series.
According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Dobrev is wise for accepting a role on "The Walking Dead" because the show is as popular as "The Vampire Diaries" once was.
As of late, details about the actress' character hasn't been confirmed yet, and it is also unclear when exactly she will make her on screen debut.
"If the former 'The Vampire Diaries' actress hasn't joined the cast of 'The Walking Dead' quite yet - there is no doubt on anyone's mind that she would jump at the opportunity considering the lack of job offers in her life," the publication noted.
Meanwhile, Gossip Cop recently claimed that there is no truth to the rumors that Dobrev will be appearing on "The Walking Dead" season 6.
After exiting "The Vampire Diaries" last season, Dobrev said that she has become pickier when it comes to choosing her roles.
Dobrev wants to make sure that the roles she will accept are actually right for her, and what she believes in.
As of late, the actress has never made any mention or reference about "The Walking Dead" so it's highly possible that there's no truth to these rumors.
In other news, Dobrev played the role of Vicki Summers in the 2015 movie "The Final Girls." She will also star in two upcoming movies "Arrivals" and "Crash Pad," both are slated for release next year.
