Rose Siggins of "American Horror Story: Freak Show" has died.

Rose Siggins, the disabilities advocate and actress, who famously played Legless Suzi on "American Horror Story: Freak Show," has died. She was 43 years old.

The actress passed away on Dec. 13, Sunday, at a Denver hospital where she was admitted for a kidney stone surgery but developed an infection that turned fatal, Vulture reported.

Born with a rare genetic disorder known as Sacral Agenesis, Siggins had severely deformed legs that had to be amputated at an early stage of her life. Owing to the crucial decision, the late late actress was able to lead a normal life.

Siggins came under spotlight when she was cast as Legless Suzi, a sideshow performer who shared the same medical background and penchant for skateboard as herself in "American Horror Story" season 4. The show followed the lives of a troupe of sideshow performers in 1950s Florida.

In light of her condition, the late actress was also featured in "Ripley's Believe It or Not!,"  "Born Different," and "Extraordinary People."

Aside from acting, Siggins worked in the automotive industry. She was married in 1999. According to Siggins' blog, she is the only person with sacral agenesis to have carried and given birth to a baby who was not disabled.

The late actress is survived by her husband and two children, son Luke, 16, and daughter, Shelby, 5.

"Your life touched mine & made it's lasting impression...Of love, grace, courage & beauty," tweeted Siggins' co-star Angela Bassett.

Many of Siggins' co-stars paid tribute to her on social media. A GoFundMe page was recently created to raise funds to help care of her kids.
