'Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3' News: Double XP Weekend Done; Update Brings Changes To Weapons; Players Should Adjust Load

Call of Duty: Black Ops III is a military science fiction first-person shooter video game, developed by Treyarch and published by Activision.

"Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" offers a sweet treat to all gamers out there. Fans got a Double XP for the entire weekend when they play multiplayer online matches.

The "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" Double XP started on Dec. 11, Friday, and ended on Dec. 14, Monday. Apart from that, Treyarch made a statement that it will get rid of the Chaos Moshpit playlist and replace it with Nuketown. What is even great is that the Double XP is live on all platforms. It is also noteworthy to point out that this was also be available for multiplayer and zombies.

A lot of "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" players did not miss this sweet treat. They took advantage of it as it will allow them to level up their weapon quicker than usual.

"Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" latest update to the game, on the other hand, caused a number of changes to over 19 weapons, Playstation Lifestyle reported. Therefore, it is recommended that players should consider the need to adjust the load out because things are now expected to turn out in a different way.

Some of the "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" changes according to David Vonderhaar tweet include the following:

  • Small weapons get tuning edits. Expect no buff on the Weevil submachine gun.

  • People who are idle and get Crypto keys will be prohibited.

  • Several tuning changes prior the CWL online qualifiers.

The "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" double XP continues to roll out while Treyarch is still focused working on the next patch, Activision reported.

"Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" is the latest addition to the "Call of Duty" franchise and the very first "Black Ops" title that is made available for the new generation of game consoles.
