The upcoming handset will be carrying a Kirin 935 SoC, as well as a 2.2GHz octa-core CPU and a Mali T629 graphics chip under the hood, supported by 3GB of RAM.

The Enhanced Edition will also be equipped with a fingerprint scanner, a 20MP rear-facing main camera, and an 8MP front snapper for selfies and video calls.

The smartphone will be powered by a 3,100mAh battery that comes with a 9V-2A charger in the box for quick power ups.

The Honor 7 Enhanced Edition has a smart key feature users can program as a shortcut for a number of the phone’s functions.

Launched on Dec. 13, Sunday, the Honor 7 Enhanced Edition is currently available in China with a retail price point of $309.

While this version is currently limited to its home country, news has emerged Huawei plans to announce that its Honor line will be entering the United States market soon at the CES 2016 in Las Vegas, PC Mag reported.
