Making waves already with a star studded cast, "The Big Short" is all set to get three of the most good-looking actors in Hollywood together. Brad Pitt, Christian Bale and Ryan Gosling can take away the breath of anyone on their own, imagine what kind of impact they would create when seen on the big screen together.

The movie is based on Michael Lewis's book "The Big Short" which is of course a bestseller.

Adam McKay will be scripting the movie while Brad Pitt and his production house "Plan B" will be producing it, People Magazine revealed.

Michael Lewis's earlier book "Money Ball" was also adapted in to a movie with Brad Pitt leading its star cast to a huge success at the box office. Brad Pitt received the Oscar nomination too for the Best Actor for this movie in 2012.

"The Big Short" is a movie about the housing bubble crash that took place in the year 2000 and it highlights the key people who were involved in it and were responsible for the crash. It also talks about those people who predicted way in advance.

Scriptwriter Adam MacKay is also in talks to direct the film, according to Broadway World.

After the success of "Money Ball" and "The Blind Side" starring Sandra Bullock, Lewis is expected to deliver another mind blowing story that would be nominated for the Oscars, just like his previous two book adaptations.
