Miley Cyrus created a buzz once again when she wore a statement shirt saying, "Marijuana; It Is Time To Change The Laws."

On Jan. 14, Wednesday, the 21-year-old twerking pop star was back in "buzzing" mode as she visited a friend's house in California wearing a cropped-shirt, which read "Marijuana; It Is Time To Change The Laws."

Cyrus' shirt was made of a flimsy and light material, making it too obvious that she wasn't wearing anything underneath. While her exposed tummy is undoubtedly pale and toned, her cutoff denim shorts made her look all the more news-making.

A laced-up black boots stretched towards her thighs, making another significant skin exposure while strolling the streets of what appears to be a wealthy residential neighborhood.

A dark-colored cardigan fell down from her shoulders, bunching up at her elbows, doing nothing to cover up her bra-less state.

Cannabis fans might have rejoiced at her apparel, but her t-shirt's timing was untimely.

A judge in the Northern California district is expected to engage in the 1970 constitutional act, which categorizes Marijuana as one of the most dangerous drug together with LSD and heroin. This decision is said to be handed down within the year, the LA Times reported.

Meanwhile, Cyrus admitted to Marie Claire that her more-toned body is due to her eating preference at the moment.

"I am a better eater now. Back then, I did not eat vegetables or anything that's green. When I reached 18, I realized that the yellow foods I usually eat aren't healthy."
