Jamie Dornan talked about "Fifty Shades of Grey" and revealed that he thinks Christian Grey is a superhero, according to Elle.

The actor described Grey as a superhero or a myth similar to Big Foot and "there is no actor in the world who could live up to that."

Dornan added that since he had seven months of tying women, he is interested to star in a comedy film next time. He replaced Charlie Hunnam as Christian Grey when the latter backed out from the movie. After he was casted, fans of the "Fifty Shades of Grey" novels posted on Twitter with the hashtag #NotMyChristian that they are not in favor of Dornan to play as their beloved Mr. Grey.

However, the movie's director Sam Taylor-Wood has opposite thoughts about Dornan.

"As an actor, he's incredibly versatile and skilled," the director said.

Taylor-Wood added that fans will be surprised with the actor's performance in "Fifty Shades of Grey" since Dornan can deliver what the director needs.  The actor can pretend to be adorable and dangerous as well, Daily Mail reported.

Aside from the director, actress Marcia Gay Harden who plays as Dornan's mother Dr. Grace Trevelyan Grey in the film also praised the actor.

"I'm so impressed with Jamie. I admire his incredible bravery as an actor, taking on some super-intimate material that is extremely well-known, where there will be many opinions about how it should be done, and just taking it all in stride," Harden said.

The intimate scenes in the movie had led Dornan to reveal that he needed to tie his private parts while filming the sexy scenes. The actor described it "like a little bag of grapes" that needed to be tucked away, according to MTV.

Dornan's co-star Dakota Johnson who plays his love interest Anastasia Steele in "Fifty Shades of Grey" also revealed that the film brought them to "bizarre places" and enabled them to do things that were never featured before in commercial cinema.  The actress shared that the whole team supported each other for the film.

Fans can finally watch the highly-anticipated "Fifty Shades of Grey" as it opens on Valentine's Day.
