Microsoft has recently confirmed that they are looking to develop a second generation of the Xbox gaming console.

However, the Redmond - based company is yet to provide specific details about the new gaming console.

In a recent interview with The Verge, Phil Spencer, Microsoft's Xbox Chief has said that the players can expect another gaming console from Microsoft, and he wanted to keep people engaged on both Xbox One and any other gaming console which comes in.

While conversing, Spencer expressed Microsoft's desire to keep the gaming console in the market despite the idea of turning into an app, which can be profitable, and cater to other devices.

 He said that he wanted to expand the user experience and what Microsoft is able to do more for the customers.

Although no specific details of the next gaming console of Microsoft was discussed, yet it is rumored that Xbox Two will see light of the day sooner, rather than later, according to Vine Report.

With the stiff competition faced by Microsoft's Xbox with Sony's PlayStation, in the gaming domain Microsoft has been rolling out free games  for Xbox Live Game Gold Subscribers.

Notably, most of the free games rolled out by Microsoft include multiple titles and backward capacities for Xbox One Users.

Thus, it is yet to be seen what Microsoft's Xbox Two will promise its customers, and if Microsoft will be able to return to the gaming market, with its new gaming console in toe.
