Latest rumors suggest that Apple MacBook Pro 2016 and MacBook Air 2016 release has been postponed to June 2016.
Fans were hoping for a Black Friday release and then a Christmas release but the latter seems unlikely as Apple is committed to providing a free run to its current flagship device iPad Pro for some good sales, according to Australia Network News.
The recent price cuts and lucrative discounts on both the models prompted the speculations that Apple is trying to get rid of the old stock, in order to make way for the new launches. However, these speculations were unfounded as there is no imminent launch of Apple MacBook Pro 2016 and MacBook Air 2016 on the horizon.
There were also doubts over whether Apple would simply drop the MacBook Air series in favor of the Apple iPad Pro or not. There has been no confirmation by Apple regarding whether it plans to discontinue the MacBook Air series or not.
Rumors also suggest that Apple may launch the upcoming MacBook Air 2016 and MacBook Pro 2016 at the Worldwide Developer's Conference, which is going to be held in June, 2016. Apple is also expected to unveil more devices at this conference.
According to BGR, the upcoming Apple MacBook Air 2016 is expected to have a metal chassis of a new design. It is also rumored to be packed with better panels, battery modules and cooling modules.
Rumors also suggest that the engineers are designing the new device in such a manner that it is more powerful, battery efficient, while being thinner than its predecessor.
