The metallic 4-inch iPhone is reportedly to be available at an unbelievable price of less than $500. But off-late, rumors are being circulated that Apple pushed back the decision of launching 6C, and instead, Apple will be releasing Apple iPhone 7C that will replace 6C.

The tech industry and iPhone fans were surprised and excited about the rumor of the small-sized, cheaper priced iPhone 6C, which was expected to launch in March 2016; however, latest rumors say that release of iPhone 6C is shelved. It is said that the Cupertino-based tech giant is currently working on iPhone 7C.

Though the 6C idea is likely to be scraped by Apple, iPhone fans can still be happy as the rumored iPhone 7C will also have a smaller size - 4 inches to be exact. Rumors also suggest that the upcoming Apple iPhone 7C will be the slimmest smartphone in the world.

On the other hand, KGI Securities' Ming Chi Kuo, who has a history of giving reliable Apple news, claims that the iPhone 6C will be replaced by iPhone 7C which is expected to be released in March or April 2016.

Whatever it may be, a 4-inch iPhone is expected to be launched By Apple at some point next year and iPhone fans will have to wait and see if the rumored Apple iPhone 6C will end up being called Apple iPhone 7C.
