Since 2015 just ended, it's time to reflect on all the gadgets that have played an important part in our lives and we can swear that we can't do anything without them, until the next gizmo comes along.

There were a few surprises in store for us. No one thought iPhone 6S, a newer and better inventiveness over the iPhone 6, will make its appearance so quickly. The popularity of Apple's iPhone matched and proved a rival for the next popular Samsung Galaxy Note 5, for which the main USP was the incredible Camera , its awesome display , and handset with chic design, and lightning fast performance, as against the Apple's 3D Touch performance. The battle has indeed been tough between the two as each of them have its own set of fan following, and the debate will go on, until someone takes it into their head to invent something which has the best of both.

That day is not far, with so much innovative technology around, and inventive minds having resource to a whole new world of gadgets.

One new technology that has created waves is the USB type C, who intends using a phone, tablet, phablet, a laptop or desktop in 2016 (this literally mean every one of us) will agree that USB type C is the best thing to have happened. This single tiny connector takes care of power and data simultaneously, and the best thing is it is Universal, no discrimination. It can be used on all brands with equal ease, be it Samsung, Nexus, Apple, Microsoft or Nokia.

There have been few goof ups as well in the technology world. Microsoft, in its enthusiasm to rule the world in mobiles, came up with its own brand of Nokia Lumia in the last decade, rejecting the android relying totally on Windows. Having failed in its endeavour it is now in oblivion, as consumers regretted trusting their old time favourite, and moved on in search of android rich new inventions. Nokia Microsoft, have hopefully learnt their lesson and will come up with better innovations, keeping in mind the need of the customer. There is still hope and Hope is what makes the world go round.
