Rapper Chris Brown apparently has not learned to control his temper and the lessons caused by his heavy hand on women. Despite not being allowed to have a concert in Australia and New Zealand in 2015 because of his previous physical abuse of former partner Rihanna, he is facing another battery accusation.
TMZ identifies Brown's victim as Liziane Gutierrez who attended a private party at the rapper's suite at the Palms Hotel in Las Vegas on early Saturday morning. She was able to slip her mobile phone into the suite unnoticed by the singer's security and took a photo of the rapper which angered Brown and caused him to allegedly yell at Gutierrez, punch her on the right eye and confiscate her phone.
TMZ published the name of the accuser at her request and a photo of her right eye which show some dark areas. The Las Vegas police is investigating her accusation.
However, Brown's spokeswoman denied the accusations by Gutierrez, reports Reuters. "Her claim that she had her phone in her possession inside the after party and was able to take a photo causing an altercation with Chris Brown is a complete fabrication," says Nicole Perna, Brown's spokeswoman, in a statement.
The police went to his suite and found Gutierrez with the apparent minor injuries. However, they had not spoken or arrested the rapper who had left the hotel.
In February 2009, Brown was arrested in Los Angeles for assaulting Rihanna, who was his girlfriend then. He pleaded guilty to assault charges and was sentenced to five years of probation. But after the probation was lifted in 2015, he still had some brushes with the law.
