"Fifty Shades of Grey" actress Dakota Johnson, 25, revealed that she is scared of the fame that stardom brings in its wake in an interview with Vogue.
Starring in the film adaptation of EL James's erotic bestseller scheduled to release on Valentine's Day, Johnson has held on to her anonymity till now and intends to do so as long as she can before the release of the film.
In the interview with the magazine, Johnson confessed that she is not yet prepared for the fame that will directly bring her to spotlight in mere three weeks from now. Johnson is playing the role of Anastasia Steele, the character in the book who captures the love, affection, and obsession of Christian Grey, the lead character in James's best-selling novel.
When questioned about keeping her anonymity, Johnson said that she is someone who would be as happy as ever by just being on a ranch and taking care of chickens and horses. The actress plans to take a break for the rest of the year after doing a few press interviews for her most recent upcoming and much-awaited movie hits the theaters.
Johnson finds fame scary and is actually a person who would want to hang out with friends and family every now and then rather than to be in the spotlight all the time. Johnson is reportedly friends' with decorator Emily Ward, stylist Kate Young and designer Stella McCartney.
