If a player is set to explore the wasteland in Bethesda's "Fallout 4," there is something to smile about. A "Fallout" franchise fan has unveiled new secret regions of the Bostonian Wasteland.
YouTuber Thomas of the Lawd has gone a step further and is currently mapping hidden locations in the Wasteland City. Thomas took a cue from the Wasteland Survival Guide I and discovered all secondary sites that are not marked on the Pip-Boy's map, and he has documented three series, each running over a dozen episodes, according to Kotaku.
The locations are bunkers, buildings, shacks, police stations, factories, military bases, and other settlements. Most of the locations might lack in a plot to the main story, but they could prove useful when it comes to uncovering secret trinkets such as food supplies, new weapons, power suits, and other collectibles like the Bobblehead, Perk magazine, and Halo tape.
One of the locations uncovered, for instance, is a car wreckage in the South of Walden Pond, with nuka cola quantum, nuka cherry, fusion cores, power armor, ammunitions, and medicines. Another location is a hut on a hilltop in The Northeast of Skylanes Flight. The hut has small pickup elements like tapes and coolers, although most significantly is a weapon-crafting bench and a terminal (expert level) controlling a Protecton, according to International Business Times.
All that a gamer should do is look everywhere because these rewards could be hidden anywhere, behind walls, under seats, or even in the ceiling. A rifle is hidden in the roof of one of the police stations in Cambridge.
More great locations include a shack in Diamond City where sufficient supplies can be identified, South of Fort Hagen, where a gamer can stack up many ammunitions from Power Armor Warehouse. Finally, there is a UFO crash location in The South of Beantown, where players can find the rare alien blastor pistol.
"Fallout 4" is a comprehensive hunt for the enemy. It is not all about the destination, but the journey of discovering gems from known and unknown regions along with a pet, Dogmeat.
