Colombian-American actress Sofia Vergara announced that she is going to get married with fiancée Joe Manganiello after one month of their engagement.
During the "Modern Family" star's walk on the red carpet of the 2015 Screen Actor Guild Awards night, she was spotted wearing the large diamond engagement ring, which she also showed off to photographers at the event. Vergara was accompanied by her soon-to-be-husband Manganiello, HNGN reported.
Vergara referred to her ring hand as the "love hand" as she let the cameras capture her diamond ring.
The Hollywood couple just got engaged on Dec. 25, 2014 after six months of being together.
The 42-year-old Vergara and 38-year-old Manganiello were caught giving each other a smooch during the SAG Awards at the L.A. Shrine Auditorium on Sunday.
Vergara was wearing a red one-shoulder gown that accented her cleavage, while the former "True Blood" star was sporting a black tux and a designer stubble.
Manganiello and Vergara became a couple after her engagement with Nick Loeb was called off. As fast as their romance is, they have no plans in slowing down. The couple is already planning for nuptials in the summer, and getting married in this year's fall.
However, the couple is still busy with their own projects. Vergara told US Magazine that Manganiello was filming "Magic Mike XXL", while she was promoting her film "Hot Pursuit" with Reese Witherspoon. She did not confirm their wedding day yet, but assures that it will be a "big" celebration, adding that what was once a guest list of 20 increased to "pages and pages."
