"Criminal Minds" Season 11 returns with episode 17 on March 16, Wednesday. The show takes another brief hiatus before it resumes the run with an intriguing yet intense segment. The upcoming instalment is titled "The Sandman" and it will see the Behavioural Analysis Unit (BAU) work to track down a dangerous UnSub on kidnapping children. Even though the next instalment is more than a week away from its airdate, the network has released a synopsis for "Criminal Minds" Season 11 episode 17. According to the Spoiler TV's description for "The Sandman," the BAU team will head to Wichita for their new case.
Investigating a series of kidnappings of children in the town the team discovers an important clue that is similar in the all the cases. The kidnapper reportedly picks up the children when their parents are asleep. While there is no other evidence available, the team must work together to solve the puzzle and track down the dangerous UnSub.
In the meantime, Derek Morgan investigates the attack on him. In episode 16, fans saw Derek become the victim of a group of criminals. He was kidnapped by a gang who tormented him in different ways. However, he managed to escape with the help of hallucinations and visions of his father, the police officer Hank. At the same time, BAU struggled to reach the FBI agent.
"Criminal Minds" Season 7 episode 17 will explore Derek's storyline as he goes after the people who attacked and kidnapped him. Will he be able to reach his enemy before it's too late?
