Jon Snow Is Alive
Although HBO focuses on the dead body of the beloved warrior in the opening scene of the trailer, the fans of the show know for sure that he will be brought back in some form. In fact, in one of the few second snippet, Snow has even been spotted riding on the horseback, Vanity Fair claimed.
Lannisters are hurt
Jamie and Cersie are hurt over the death of two of their illegitimate children in the past season and the infamous walk of shame of season 5 finale episode. They are planning something big to seek revenge and will not shy away from violence.
Arya remains blind
Despite the speculations, Arya is still lost and seems to remain blind over the season 6. Things are not exactly looking up for Arya in this trailer, as she is shown getting slapped by some woman in what appears to be the House of Black and White.
Ned Stark makes an appearance too
Ned Stark is seen fighting a member of the Kingsguard, who has a dragon emblem on his chest. Since Ned died way back in season 1, it is highly expected that he will appear in a flashback scene, where he will save his sister Lyanna during the Civil War, The Hollywood Reporter reported. The scene further confirms the longstanding theory that Snow is actually the son of Rhaegar Targaryen and Lyanna, and was born moments after this epic battle.
Tormund will meet a tragic end
The trailer also shows Tormund surrounded by Bolton shields. Since "Game Of Thrones" season 6 will reportedly show burning a beloved character on a cross, rumors has it that it will be the ginger bearded Wildling who will be burnt alive.
Balon Greyjoy will be killed a mysterious figure
A mysterious hooded figure will kill Balon on a rainy night. Fan theories state that the hooded figure is actually Balon's brother and Theon's uncle, Euron, whose passing glimpse is seen in the trailer too.
Bran Stark's close brush with White Walkers
Bran Stark will have a close brush as he is seen standing quite close with the deadliest force on the hit series. However, the scene does seem to be one of Bran's visions, owing to the fact that he is standing on his own two feet.
