The promo for "Pretty Little Liars" Season 6, episode 20 opens with Hanna telling Caleb that there is something he doesn't know.
The scene cuts and we can see Hanna running in the rain with Unexplained written on the screen. And soon, Alison appears in her room, it looks like she saw someone. In the next scene, the Liars arrive to help Ali, she tells them that he touched her.
Mona asks what is she is looking for and Spencer tells her that they are about to find out. Towards the end of the promo, Caleb, Ezra and the Liars enter the cabin to look for Hanna.

Meanwhile, the executive producer Marlene King has revealed that "Pretty Little Liar" Season 6, episode 20 finale would showcase the twin twist.
