#4Duke vs. #13North Carolina Wilmington - Scores, Play-by-Play, Highlights at Game Center
It's hard to count out any team in this men's basketball tournament. Then again, it's a lot harder to underestimate the firepower the defending champion have in their disposal. Duke has the best small forward in college in Brandon Ingram and an explosive scorer in Grayson Allen. Moreover, the presence of Mike Krzyzewski always gives Duke that edge over any other team, though the possibility of upset is still there.
North Carolina Wilmington might not be as strong as their sister team at Chapel Hill, but they have the materials to pull off a shocker here. The Seahawks finished their season with a 25-7 slate and possessed an outstanding scorer in Chris Flemming (16.1 ppg). ESPN College Hoops analyst Mark Titus even picked UNC-Wilmington to shock Duke, who is pretty much undermanned right now due to injuries.
#5 Baylor vs. #12 Yale - Scores, Play-by-Play, Highlights - Gamecenter
Unlike Baylor, Yale has everything to lose in this one. ESPN Analyst Joe Lunardi really believes Yale, after going through high level of Ivy League competition all year long, can really stun Baylor in Providence.
Justin Sears (15.8 points and 7.5 rebounds per game) is one of the reasons why Lunardi is picking Yale. The senior forward is having a great year as the heart and soul of this Yale team that captured the Ivy League championship.
On the other hand, Lunardi isn't counting out Bears which he considers by the way as a really good team. However, taking into account Yale's hunger to go deep into the tournament and the #5 vs. #12 scenario that statistically favors the former, the Bulldogs will be biting hard in the second round.
