"Metal Gear Online: Cloaked in Silence" grandest change is the game's addition of Quiet, a fatal sniper which was introduced in "Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain." Quiet has remained as fatal as ever, especially when given an opportunity to take long distance shots at the rival team. Reportedly, he will become a favorite in "Metal Gear Online," like in the "Metal Gear Solid V."
On top of the latest hero figure to be introduced this week, in "Metal Gear Online: Cloaked in Silence" first round, three new maps will be included, Konami announced. The Coral Complex will happen on the extending collection of oil rigs, which was made to look like a semi-reconstructed Mother Base.
Those who finished the "Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain" campaign will remember the Rust Palace that will take them to the old palace where Quiet and Snake must protect themselves from an ambush. Azure Mountain will bring the players back to Africa to fight each other in the plains and buildings, surrounded by a giant rock otherwise known as the Cradle Spirits.
The three maps are going to be available to the whole "Metal Gear Online" community, but those who did not buy the DLC will only have the chance to see the new scenes in "Metal Gear Online: Survival mode."
A new update 1.08 for the "Metal Gear Online" DLC will also be released. It should be downloaded separately from the PlayStation Store, bringing a 2.5GB, Game Transfers reported.
"Metal Gear Online: Cloaked in Silence" players can get unlimited access to the Survival Mode, while only 10 matches every week will be available to those who did not pay. Survival Mode will be released on April 7, where players can get to compete for the highest number of straight wins.
