The Cleveland Browns are rumored to be trading down their No. 2 pick to the Philadelphia Eagles, according the latest NFL draft rumors.
The Browns are reportedly willing to move down in the 2016 NFL Draft, with the Eagles rumored to be the other party in the trade deal, according to NFL analyst Lance Zierlein.

Cleveland and Philadelphia are both in the hunt for a quarterback prospect, and with the No. 2 pick, the Browns would have the chance to draft North Dakota's Carson Wentz, who is considered as one of the QB gems in draft class.
Last month, Zierlein has been told by one of the NFL executives that it would not surprise him to see that the Eagles trade up to No. 2 to land Wentz despite reports that the Browns are showing high interests at the North Dakota quarterback.
NFL Media draft expert Mike Mayock believes the Browns are still expected to stick with the team's plan of opting for a quarterback come draft night even with the signing of Robert Griffin III last month.
"If you believe there's a franchise quarterback at No. 2 when you're on the clock, you'd better draft him," Mayock said, as quoted by Chase Goodbread of College Football 24/7. "From my perspective, if it's Carson Wentz, draft him. Let him compete with the other two guys and let's see what happens."
However, according to Pat McManamon of ESPN, there is a possibility the Browns may go with the best player available in the draft, which might not be a quarterback. One of the list in McManamon's possible candidates for the Browns' prospects is Florida State defensive back Jalen Ramsey, who is touted as the best overall player in this year's rookie selections.
"He would fit well. The Browns lost both their starting safeties from 2015. Tramon Williams gives great effort, but he gave up a lot of big plays in '15 and he's 33. If Ramsey is all he's said to be, he'd be a perfect fit opposite Joe Haden, which in theory would give the Browns two very good cover corners," McManamon wrote.
It remains to be seen whether the Browns would truly trade their chance to pick one of the best players in the draft. But if they are not sold in taking a quarterback as suggested by Griffin's signing, the Browns may just have to keep their pick at No. 2.
