"The Bachelor" 2016 couple Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell has been plagued with break up rumors since the two got engaged in the finale episode. Multiple reports claimed that it was only a matter of time before Higgins and Bushnell split, citing sources close to the couple saying that Bushnell is still insecure of JoJo Fletcher.
According to Hollywood Take, Bushnell had been "full of anxiety" since she moved in with Higgins. "The Bachelor" 2016 winner is still reportedly worried that her fiancé still has feelings for Fletcher. It seems like she is still not over the fact that Higgins told another girl that he loved her.
"Everyone around them can feel the awkwardness. It's unclear if they'll last. Things between them are getting worse," the source said.
Another report also claimed that Higgins and Bushnell were spotted having their first argument in his car at Home Depot. The two allegedly looked "visibly upset," as they had a heated conversation for 30 minutes before heading to the store like nothing happened.
Amid all the rumors, Higgins and Bushnell insist that they could not be happier in each other's arms. Based on their social media posts, it seems like the couple is determined to show to everyone that they are stronger than ever.

Explaining why he turned down Chris Harrison's offer to get married in the "After the Final rose" episode, Higgins said that he wanted a big wedding for him and Bushnell.
"I want a huge reception. How often in life do all your friends and family gather in one room to celebrate something? Why get married tomorrow if we can plan a big ass party?" he explained.
Bushnell also revealed that she has started to plan about her dream wedding, something that she has not thought about even when she was a little girl.
"I've never been the girl to dream about her wedding, but now I'm starting to think about it," she said.
