The network has unveiled a synopsis for "Grey's Anatomy" Season 12 episode 21 on its official website. According to the press release for "You're Gonna Need Someone on Your Side," Stephanie's relationship with Kyle takes an unexpected turn and becomes complicated. What happens actually remains to be seen.
While not much is known about Stephanie and Kyle's situation, it is said a shocking twist in store for her. Speaking to Cosmopolitan, "Grey's Anatomy" star Jerrika Hinton, who plays the role of Stephanie Edwards, teased unexpected hints in her storyline.
"There's a plot point that happens close to the end of the season, where Stephanie makes a decision that I, as an actor, as a human being [would not make]," Hinton said. "I got on the phone with the writers a lot, and I was like, "You're really having her do this?"
In addition, fans can expect to see some progress in Owen and Amelia's storyline. In episode 21, Meredith will make efforts to bring Amelia and Owen together. She encourages Amelia to give Owen a chance and her relationship a chance like real couples.
Elsewhere, things continue to get tense between Arizona and Callie. While the former couple continues to fight over issues related to Sophia, their friends and loved ones are forced to take sides and end up in the middle of their battle. Will Callie and Arizona's friends be able to deal with the situation?
